Gary Penna’s blind review describes dark chocolate, cherry, maple, vanilla and caramel, with a chocolate-doughnut sweetness and a long finish of oak and toasted marshmallow. BCA member Tyler Shinabery noted cherry and orange, vanilla custard, brown sugar, honeyed graham cracker and sweet oak. These are their personal tasting impressions.
